From research to a polished interface. We design with the end user and the business goal in the same frame, never one at the expense of the other.
Front-end to full-stack. Code that's clean, scalable, and built to last. Not patched together under pressure or handed off to someone junior.
We don't disappear after launch. Embedded partnerships that keep shipping alongside your team, and keep raising the ceiling.
"We went from looking like a local salon to looking exactly like the brand our clients expected. Bookings increased by over half in the first quarter alone."
No pitch decks. No questionnaires. Just a direct conversation about what you're building.
Pure Soul Organics came to Faber with a product they believed in completely, and a brand that was quietly sabotaging them. The packaging looked like every other wellness label. The website converted well below category average.
The brief was deceptively simple: make the brand feel as clean, intentional, and premium as what they were selling. Then make the website earn its keep.
The old packaging did its job, technically. But "technically working" isn't the same as "making someone stop scrolling." The terrazzo pattern and busy layout felt like a hundred other wellness brands. Nothing about it said premium, and nothing about it earned a second look.
Pure Soul wanted something quieter. Cleaner. A label that let the product speak instead of shouting over it. Counterintuitively, that quiet would attract more attention, not less.
The brand was visually cluttered and tonally inconsistent, trying to speak to everyone and connecting with no one. A crowded e-commerce market with no clear reason to choose Pure Soul over a hundred similar options.
We stripped the brand to its core: earthy, quiet, certain. New identity system, refined palette, complete web redesign focused on single-product trust-building and a frictionless path to purchase. Every pixel justified its presence.
Wellness shelves are crowded with earthy browns, pastels and botanical clutter. Pure Soul went the other way: a black and white foundation as clean as the formula, so the product and its ingredients do the talking.
Green is the only colour in the system, used at two strengths. Forest green carries the brand, from the logo to the label. Lime is saved for the moments that should feel fresh: highlights, badges and the details a customer's eye should land on first.
"We had the best product in our category but the weakest brand. Faber fixed that, and it showed in our numbers within the first month."
Buying a puppy online is a leap of faith. Families are asked to commit to an animal they've only seen in photos, from a breeder they've never met, in a market crowded with scams and vague promises.
Homeward wanted to be the opposite of that: a place where finding a dog felt as safe and certain as bringing one home. Our job was to turn that promise into a product.
Before Homeward, a sale started with "is he still available?" and a dozen messages about price, health and delivery. Families who didn't get a fast reply simply moved on.
So the puppy page does the talking. Price, the exact deposit due today, health records, the breeder's profile and delivery options all sit beside the photos. By the time someone presses Bring Winston home, there's nothing left to wonder about.
Listings lived across social posts and message threads. Buyers had no way to compare puppies, verify breeders, or understand what happened after they paid. Every sale meant answering the same questions by hand, and doubt cost them buyers at every step.
A puppy discovery platform built around clarity, trust, and ease of use. Browse available puppies, explore breed details, and compare options through a structured, intuitive catalogue. From initial discovery to reservation, every interaction is designed to reduce friction, surface essential information, and help prospective owners make confident, informed decisions.
Bright pastels and cartoon paws say "pet shop". For a purchase that costs thousands and lasts fifteen years, families want to feel they're dealing with someone established. So the palette borrows from the outdoors instead: a deep forest green that reads as calm and trustworthy, with honey for warmth and every call to action.
Oat and ivory keep the pages soft and let the real stars, the puppies, carry the colour. Sage marks health and availability, so good news always looks the same.
"We used to spend our evenings answering the same ten questions. Now families arrive already sure, and the first message we get is usually 'how do we reserve him?'"
Ab Autoz is a premium automotive dealership. Their old site felt like it was built in 2015, and it was performing that way. Organic leads were flat. The online experience didn't match the quality of what they sold.
They needed a web presence that commanded the same trust as their vehicles. One that turned browsers into buyers before a phone call was ever made.
Ab Autoz sells performance vehicles, but their old site sat completely still. No motion, no energy, nothing that hinted at what it actually feels like to drive one of these cars. It felt like browsing a spreadsheet, not a showroom.
They wanted the site to feel alive: subtle animation on the hero, fluid transitions through the vehicle collection, small moments of motion that build momentum as you scroll. Nothing gratuitous. Just enough to make the site feel like it matches the product.
High-intent visitors were landing on a page that gave them no reason to stay. Poor information architecture, no trust signals, and a lead form buried at the bottom of a page nobody finished reading.
Full redesign: rebuilt the information architecture around the buyer decision journey. Vehicle listings redesigned for confidence. Lead capture placed at every decision point. Fast, clean, conversion-first.
The foundation is deliberately restrained: white and black create a clean, high-contrast surface, and a deep zinc grey gives the interface depth without competing with the vehicles themselves.
Amber is the only colour that moves. It marks the brand name in the headline, every date picker and the Show Car button, so the eye always knows where the next step is. Everything else stays out of the way of the cars.
"Within a month of launch, we had more qualified leads than we'd seen all quarter. The site now works as hard as our sales team."
Le Beauty Concierge offers premium beauty services to high-net-worth clients. They were operating at a level their brand didn't reflect: the business was premium, the website was generic.
The goal was to build a brand and web presence that matched the caliber of their clientele. Where booking felt like the beginning of an experience, not a transaction.
The original brand lacked distinctiveness and the booking flow was full of friction. For a luxury service, the experience needs to do most of the selling before a client makes first contact.
New visual identity with refined typography and a signature color system. Web experience redesigned around trust and aspiration: fewer words, more atmosphere. Booking flow reduced to three steps. Every detail elevated.
The old booking flow was full of friction: long forms, unclear availability and no sense of the experience waiting at the end. Clients used to being looked after don't fight a form. They leave.
Now it's three steps: choose the treatment, pick a time, confirm. Each screen asks one question, and the blue Book Appointment button is never more than a thumb away.
The palette trades the usual salon pinks for something more assured. A soft mint white keeps every page airy, and a deep royal blue carries the brand: it's the colour of every booking button.
Mint marks confirmations and small moments of delight. Midnight and slate handle the reading, so every page feels calm and considered rather than busy.
"We went from looking like a local salon to looking exactly like the brand our clients expected. Bookings increased by over half in the first quarter alone."
